DISPOSAL NOTICE

Habitat for Humanity Uganda invites bids from interested individuals and entities for the purchase of the following assets on an “as-is, where-is” basis.

Viewing Details:

Inspection Period: 6th to 12th August 2025

Time: 2pm to 4:30 pm

Viewing exception: Viewing is not available on Fridays as the office closes at 1:30pm.

Interested Bidders are encouraged to inspect the items during the specified period. No liability will be accepted for failure to view.

 Terms and Conditions:

  1. All items are sold on an as-is, where-is basis. Habitat for Humanity offers no warranties or guarantees.
  2. The highest bidder for each item will be notified in writing within 20 working days after close of bidding.
  3. Payments must be made in full within three (3) working days upon receipt of the notification.
  4. Failure to pay within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the bid and the second bidder will be notified within the same timeline.
  5. Habitat for Humanity Uganda reserves the right to accept or reject any bid without providing reasons.
